1.  LABELS FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS

     Terms and Conditions: 

  • Allow 15 days from receipt of the order for delivery.
  • Consumer offers reviewed individually.
  • For rush orders less than 7 days add $50.
  • List may not be sold to another vendors.
  • A written request indicating the use planned for labels must accompany order.
  • A copy of the mailing piece must accompany order.
  • A check in the appropriate amount made out to LCA must accompany order.
  • No refunds on any order once placed.

Format:

  • Labels are available in a peel and stick format in zip code order.
  • Available on disk if statewide list is ordered.
  • Available as email if the statewide list is ordered.

  • Northwestern Louisiana (zip codes 710, 711) $40.00
  • Northeast Louisiana (zip code 712) $30.00
  • Central Louisiana (Zip Code 713, 714) $30.00
  • Northern half Louisiana $60.00
  • Southwest Louisiana (Zip Codes 705, 706) $60.00
  • Southeast Louisiana (Zip Codes 707, 708, 704, 703, 700, 701) $75.00
  • East Baton Rouge $50.00
  • Southern Corridor (Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge,New Orleans) $75.00

2.  Website Posting on CALENDAR OF EVENTS and BLAST EMAIL

  • If you have been reviewed and approved for CEU credit through LCA, you may request posting of events  on the website and a blast email sent to all members or to a specific divsion of LCA  by contacting the Technology Chair
  • If you are a member or LCA, but your event has not been reviewed and approved for CEU credit through LCA, you may request posting of events on the website and a blast email send to all members or a specific division for a fee of $25.00
  • If you are not a member of LCA and have purchased labels, but have not been approved for CEU credit through LCA, there is an additional $25.00 fee for posting on the website and sending a blast email
  • If you have not purchased labels from LCA, but would like to advertise your approved counseling event on the website and have a blast email sent to all members or to a specific division, submit your copy and a $100.00 fee for approval by the Executive Director.
