Crisis in the Community

Natural Disasters, gun violence, opioid addiction and limited fiscal resources are crises that affect the Baton Rouge community daily, and all of which affect the current state of mental health resources in our community.  The Mental Health Association of Greater Baton Rouge is excited to announce this conference for mental health  and substance abuse treatment professionals and all those who work the front lines daily, including EMS, law enforcement, lawyers, etc.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and engage with experts on these serious community problems, and learn various strategies for prevention and treatment to work with those impacted by these critical issues.

11 CE clock hours including 5.0 hours in Ethics and 4.0 hours in Diagnosis.  LCA will  not award NBCC hours for this workshop.
