The Building Blocks of Diagnosis: From Intake to Discharge

The Building Blocks of Diagnosis: From Intake to Discharge is a workshop designed to assist the counselor in understanding the role of diagnosis in the continuum of the counseling process. The participant will gain insight into the importance of counselor/client trust in diagnosis, formulating a diagnosis, how diagnosis leads to and dictates a treatment plan, and integrating all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment process throughout the counseling relationship with the client. The workshop will afford three (3) CE clock hours  for those who attend the morning session (Building Blocks 1, 2, and 3) and six (6) CE clock hours for those who attend the entire day (Blocks 1-6).  (No NBCC hours through LCA.
