Family Involvement in the Recovery Process

Victory Addiction Recovery Ctr will present this 1-hour workshop at the Northshore Counseling Center in Covington.  The presentation by Jessica Moody, LMSW will focus on how the family system is affected by addiction and substance abuse.  It will define the basics of addiction, how to identify substance abuse in clients/patients and explains the components of it being a family disease.  Roles that members of the family acquire and their vital role to the recovery process will be discussed.

1.0 CE clock hours available for LPCs and PLPCs.  No NBCC credits available.
