Art Therapy Techniques and Best Practices (New Orleans)

This workshop will explore the use of art therapy techniques for mental health professionals who are not credentialed by the American Art Therapy Association. Safe material use and interventions will be explored and the difference between the use of art material and art therapy will be explained. There will be an experiential to immerse attendees into the therapeutic qualities of art making and creativity.
