ACE SUMMIT: Promoting a Culture of CARE

The inaugural ACE SUMMIT: Promoting a Culture of CARE (Collaboration, Advocacy, Research, Education) brings together national experts and local leaders to focus on strategies to prevent and ameliorate the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on Louisiana children and families. This interdisciplinary conference provides opportunities to deepen knowledge about the effects of ACEs, to increase awareness of evidence-based strategies and community efforts for prevention and intervention, and to facilitate collaboration and networking between professionals and communities.

This workshop will award 12.25 CE clock hours for counselors.  Even though LCA is an approved NBCC ACEP, this conference was not reviewed for NBCC credits through LCA.
