Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children & Child Sexual Abuse and the Commercial Exploitation of Children

Stewards of Children (SOC) is an evidenced-informed, third-party evaluated child sexual abuse prevention training program that focuses on adult education and the responsibility of adults in protecting children.  The training program includes survivor stories, expert advice, and practical guidance shown to change adult behavior.  Training Modules are presented through video sessions and reinforced with a 42 page workbook that the learner will retain as a reference. The program focuses on the best practices for prevention. 

Included with the original 2 hour SOC training, an additional 1 hour module, “Child Sexual Abuse and the Commercial Exploitation of Children,” will be presented.

This workshop will award 3.0 CE clock hours for counselors.  Even though LCA is an NBCC ACEP, this workshop will not award NBCC credits through LCA.
