Workshop Learning Objectives:

1. Increase awareness of the impact of a high school student’s different cultural context on their career trajectories.

2. Discuss how to work with student’s with invisible disabilities and their influence on career.

3. Examine how culture is depicted in career development theories and include multicultural perspectives to understand high school students’ career behavior.

4. Recognize factors that influence high school students’ work-related values.

5. Explore the experiential activities that may be used to enhance career and college readiness.
