Counseling the Counselor Training: Anxiety CPR

Location: Baton Rouge Community College, 201 Community College Dr., Baton Rouge

This training will focus on anxiety and ways counselors can improve the lives of their clients and themselves through Anxiety CPR techniques.  Counselors will experience personal growth and improve their own lives and the lives of their clients as they learn about the dynamics of anxiety including societal, cultural and family contributors that plague many people.  Diagnosis and screening information will be provided as well as easy coaching methods for teaching people to refocus and manage stressors.

This workshop will award 3.0 CE clock hours in Diagnosis.  The workshop will not award NBCC credits through LCA.

The presenter will be Brandy Klingman, LCSW, Psychotherapist
