This workshop will explore myth, story, symbol and metaphor as it relates to insight and development across diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, adjustment disorders, addiction and compulsive behaviors and attachment disorders. Examples of specific metaphors, archetypes and images for cognitive reframing will be presented.
