Ethical Decision Making with Ambiguous Situations

The content of this workshop will address the process of ethical decision making when there does not seem to be a clear answer for issues for LPCs and PLPCs face in an outpatient clinic setting.  The data presented will be derived from the state board, peer consultation, personal experience of the presenters and legal counsel.  this workshop will equip attendees with how to approach the process of ethical decision making on such issues as: seeing children in a shared custody situation, dual relationships, hospitalized clients, and ethical communication.

This workshop has been approved for 3.0 CE clock hours  in ethics for Professional counselors.   It was no reviewed for NBCC credits.
