This regional training is designed to bring together professional staff from institutions of higher education, community stakeholders, law enforcement and various prevention and treatment-related agencies in smaller contingencies to discuss trending substance use issues, emergent prevention programming and viable solutions to implement among Louisiana's college student populations.
