This seminar is intended as an Introduction to Play Therapy in counseling when working with children. Registrants will be presented with the history of play therapy, its varying models, principles, goals & objectives, as well as rationale for play therapy, and basic practice skills.
This workshop lasts for 15 weeks; it is occurs very Tuesday except February 16 and April 6.
The full 15 sessions will award 28 CE clock hours for professional counselors; LSUHSC is an NBCC provider so the workshop will award NBCC hours.
