Location: Webinar, Sponsored by the Women's Foundation, no cost, 1.0 CE clock hour, Webinar

This education will provide insight into how coping has been impacted and how all of those caregivers are at risk to be compromised which can improve their self care and those they care for.  We have all been so focus on this pandemic without an end in sight that much of what was helping us cope has been lost or abandoned with grave consequences.

The desired changes that this education help learners accomplish are: Avoid stigma language regarding a suicide and form self care habits that will sustain mental health during crisis times.

The changes leaners intend to make to strategies, performance, or patient care that will result from this activity are: Become informed on current self care behaviors and dedicate future to improving self-care and sharing with others in their sphere of influence.
