In this workshop, we will explore the ethical imperative of self-care. We will evaluate our current self-care practice and create a preventative action plan for improving self-care and preventing burnout. This workshop includes experiential strategies for diminishing stress and preventing burnout. Dress comfortably and casually to allow for light movement.
