This conference is approved for 12 CE Clock hours including 6.0 in Diagnosis and 1.5 in either Supervision or telehealth. No NBCC credit is available for this program.

Early = Registered or Postmarked by February 11th, 2022 **Advanced = Registered or Postmarked by March 4th, 2022
After March 4th all registration will take place on-site.
Payment on site will be by CASH or CHECK only.
No registrations will be accepted by mail if postmarked later than March 4th. Cancellations received before March 4th are refundable less $25.00 administrative charge per registrant. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after March 4th, 2022.
