Peer Group Supervision Training
Cost: $150
CE:
Through peer consultation participants will explore the ins and outs of ethical, cultural, and clinical decision making using a peer supervision model that is meant to benefit the case presenter. So many times, supervision ends with a list of what the clinician should do. This process will help stretch participants to intentionally craft questions that will help them excel as clinicians. This training will help you to conceptualize with clarity, challenge feedback and biases, and navigate ethical issues through peer support. It is appropriate for clinicians in school, community, and private practice settings. This is a hands-on structured learning experience.
This workshop will offer clinicians a chance to experience a dual learning process of peer supervision/consultation with others professionals who are committed to helping clinicians thrive. This workshop is limited to 6-9 professionals to provide a close knit community for clinically minded individuals. Each participant will have the opportunity to take on various roles including moderator, consultant, and case presenter. Following the completion of the workshop, participants may choose to implement peer group supervision in their practice.
Space is limited to 6-9 clinicians. Sign up
