Especially for the past few years, many children, adolescents, and their families have experienced much trauma and adversity. The Terrorism and Disaster Coalition for Child and Family Resilience is sponsoring a series of virtual conferences to gain more understanding about ways to help and support children and families.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will gain a deeper appreciation of the positive, protective role of human interactions in early childhood.
2. Participants will reflect on professional practices that encourage developmental relationships between adults and children/youth.
3. Participants will extend the application of relational practice to consider interactions among adults and families.
Approved for 4.0 CE clock hours for professional counselors; no NBCC credits available for this workshop.
