Especially for the past few years, many children, adolescents, and their families have experienced much trauma nd adversity. The Terrorism and Disaster Coalition for Child and Family Resilience is sponsoring a series of virtual conferences to gain more understanding about ways to help and support children and families.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Participants will learn about why paying attention to young children in disasters is important and the centrality of relationships
2. Participants will understand more about the concept of relational health
3. Ways to address and understand child mental health issues during the COVID pandemic and other traumatic experiences will be explained and described.
4. Participants will learn strategies for helping children and families at this time by supporting early relationships
