Discussion of recent studies on the increase of loneliness and feeling of social disconnection on personal and professional levels. Small group discussions will allow for discussion of the increased feelings of loneliness on professionals and clients we serve. The workshop will be highly interactive and provide the opportunity to engage with other mental health professionals to reflect on the impact of the last two years and strategies for intentionally assessing feelings of connection and strategies for reconnection to ensure longevity and effectiveness in social work practice.
