From Counselor to Supervisor: Leading with Purpose (Training to become an LPC-S)

This 25-hour Clinical Supervision Training is designed to equip mental health professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively supervise clinical practitioners. The curriculum covers the roles and functions of clinical supervisors, various models of supervision, mental health-related professional development, supervision techniques, ethical and legal considerations, and evaluation of supervision processes. This curriculum provides a structured approach to preparing clinical supervisors with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in supervision.
