Description: This session equips Licensed Professional Counselors with practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients overcome negative thoughts, behavioral patterns, and cognitive distortions. Grounded in CBT and enhanced by mindfulness and third-wave approaches, participants will learn how to assess, reframe, and disrupt unhelpful cycles—empowering clients to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and make lasting change.
