Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) is a non-pathologizing, evidence-based practice for advancing emotional healing and overall well-being. In this workshop, we will explore Self of the Therapist issues from the lens of Internal Family Systems. Specifically, participants will explore and expand their ability to access Self-Energy (as a component of therapeutic presence), identify triggers that get in the way of their attunement to clients, and learn specific protocols for working with several challenging client issues, including internal critics, shame, and addiction.
Registration website is under construction. Until completed, contact Patrick Morris patrickmorris.lcsw@gmail.com
