This presentation will equip attendees with the knowledge and skills required to provide effective teletherapy in their counseling practice. In this innovation session, the lead presenter will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of telehealth delivery, as well as best practices for engaging diverse populations in the digital age. This session will address technical issues that arise during telehealth sessions, such as privacy, data security, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality. Attendees will learn practical strategies for maintaining telehealth competence in clinical practice. Participants will also learn about the ethical and legal pitfalls associated with ensuring equitable access in a secure environment, developing digital resources, and providing quality support to diverse populations in virtual settings
