Our society is becoming more diverse in terms of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexuality, socioeconomic backgrounds, religions, educational backgrounds, and age. It is important to unpack emotional baggage and know that there is hope in pressing onward personally and professionally. This presentation will explore how past lived experiences of prejudices affect a person’s self-identity and ability to move into leadership roles.
