The learner will be able to describe and identify the mental health aspects of emotional, social, and behavioral ramifications of the different types of workplace violence. Also, the specific interventions and policies that have been implemented by healthcare organizations to address workplace violence and enhance practitioners' mental health, safety and patient care productivity to validate the knowledge of this presentation.
