This 2-day intensive training provides a comprehensive overview of the history, approach and contents of DC: 0-5 Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood

The curricula has been designed to meet the needs and interests of multiple audiences through a variety of modalities consistent with the content and approach of DC:0-5.

Currently there are three main categories of DC:0-5 Training Offerings:

  • Official DC:0-5 Training
  • DC:0-5 Seminars/Overview Trainings
  • DC:0-5 Faculty Teaching Resource

Official DC:0-5™ Training: Two-day comprehensive training on DC:0-5 targeting advanced clinicians from fields of mental health, health and early intervention who are responsible for diagnosis. Learn about the multi-axial approach to diagnosis, an approach which is developmentally informed, relationship-based, contextually and culturally grounded. Understand the contents of each axis, including Axis I: Clinical Disorders. Only ZERO TO THREE offers this official DC:0-5™ Training. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in one Community of Practice call following the training for peer-to-peer support, facilitated by ZERO TO THREE staff.

This workshop will offer 10.5 CE clock hours in Diagnosis.  No NBCC credits available through LCA.
