Motivational Interviewing: Cultivating Change Talk Workshop

RKM Primary Care will host Dr. Angela Wood, LCSW  as she presents this 6-hour workshop.  This is an intermediate level workshop for individuals who have some exposure to Motivational Interviewing and its concepts and clinical application.  This session will first review the core concepts and skills.  Activities will be used to identify change talk and demonstration and videos will be used to learn how to elicit and reinforce change talk.  Participants are encouraged to engage in evaluation of self in the application of MI skills.

6.0 CE clock hours; no NBCC credits through LCA.
