this workshop will focus on the impact of loss, crisis and trauma on each family member--parent spouse,children.  Trauma events including sudden incidents, long term terminal situations,etc. will be discussed.  A major emphasis is upon practical identifiable steps of healing for the various family members including those directly traumatized as well as the secondary.  The newest research and counseling approaches will be discusses.
