Suicidal ideation in adolescence results when teens feel completely overwhelmed and lack coping skills or supports due to situational or developmental crises. This workshop will provide an introduction to suicide, including the symptoms and clues; provide examples and techniques related to assessing suicidal risk; and provide interventions and resources for low, medium, and high-risk suicidal clients
