Aspirational ethics and gate-keeping are higher order responsibilities than simply maintaining licensure and "staying out of trouble" with the LPC Board.  This presentation will give take-home strategies for creating systems for oversight and support in order to prevent the supervisory "drift" in the same way that therapeutic drift can be presented.
