Play Therapy Without a Playroom: Using Games and Books to Help Children Heal

Many counselors who work with children do not have a playroom set aside just for children.  This workshop will address the need to provide playful interventions and activities for children that help them process upsetting events in their lives, as well as emphasize the importance of play in a child's life---all without the use of a playroom.
