Standard EMDR therapy may need titration for clients over-accessing traumatic material outside the Window of Tolerance. Fractionated Abreaction, Back of the Head Scale, Constant Installation to Present Orientation and Safety, and Flash Technique will be compared by which of the 8 phases the method is used, contraindications, and situational benefit.
