Cynicism: Coping Gone Rogue

As we move through our educational years, including, our professional training, cynicism can effect our wellness as providers, and can contribute greatly to provider burnout. We owe it to ourselves as mental health professionals, and more importantly as human beings, to address cynicism in order to be as compassionate and functional as possible. This educational activity is designed to give several touch points of action that providers can use in their personal and professional lives.
