Better Options Seminar II: Erasing Family

At the 2nd Better Options Seminar, Mental Health Professionals and Family Court Attorneys will discuss the screening of “Erasing Family”, a documentary that investigates family bond obstruction from multiple perspectives: Children whose moms or dads have been erased from their lives and siblings who cannot see each other. The Director of the documentary, Ginger Gentile, will be on-hand for the screening and will join the panel to address the seminar attendees and answer questions during the afternoon session.

The presentation panel include the following individuals:

Irv Esters: Irv is Department Head and Professor of Counselor Education at UL Lafayette, and the Director of the Better Options Seminar Series. He has been licensed as an LPC in Louisiana for over 20 years. He earned the PhD in 1995.

Walter Camos: Walter is an LPC in private practice since 2011. He earned a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Counseling in 2005.

Sally Creed: Sally has been in practice for over 20 years. She earned her Master’s degree in 1989.

William Keaty: Will earned the JD in 2009. He practices Family Law in Lafayette, LA

Paula B. Bertuccini: Paula earned the Juris Doctorate at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU and practices Family Law in Lafayett, LA.  

This workshop has been approved for 6.0 CE clock hours.  It was not reviewed for NBCC hours.
