Event Description: This workshop is designed for current clinical supervisors and persons interested in becoming clinical supervisors. This workshop is divided into two parts with the first part being a general overview of clinical supervision and the second part being focused on the ethics of clinical supervision. We will discuss the function and tasks of clinical supervision, providing feedback to supervisees, phases of supervision, supervisee development, and common ethical dilemmas in clinical supervision. This workshop also helps current LPC Clinical Supervisors meet the continuing education requirements needed to renew your Supervisor designation with the LPC Board in Louisiana.

This workshop is approved by LCA for 3.0 CE clock hours in ethics and supervision. It was not reviewed for NBCC credits.
