Constellation Family Therapy begins with an interview with the person/organization/family to be constellated. The person/family/organization being constellated is evaluated; the cultural history is stated and acknowledged. The facilitator elicits and answers questions from attendees re the specific way group dynamics are addressed in this modality,
As the acuity of challenges rises among client populations, mental health workers and people in the caring professions seek new tools to address the magnitude of personal and collective trauma and suffering for themselves and those they serve. Systemic Family Constellation Therapy touches the deeper issues that often lie outside conscious awareness through a phenomenological process that changes patterns, consciousness and entire systems. The time has come for this work as it supports clinicians in growing and evolving through and with the process of healing the past in the present, thereby changing the future.
