Adlerian Play Therapy

Adlerian play therapy is an engaging approach to use with children that is built on the Aflred Adler's individual psychology, and developed by Terry Kottman. Through the course, participants will examine how Adlerian Play Therapy offers optimal growth for children, facilitates child-parent interaction, and exploration of maladaptive behaviors. Participants will employ activities to demonstrate understanding of the Adlerian play therapy concepts of this widely accepted directive play therapy.

This workshop includes the following Play Therapy Primary Areas: Adlerian Play Therapy History (2 hours), Play Therapy Skills and Methods (3 hours).
