The event will focus on realities that pose threats to older adults and the discussants in the aging network will present on research and current treatment modalities that strive for better practices and outcomes in Louisiana, from the urban parishes, to the most rural places that have a different landscape of need. The theme aging well will bring together participants and presenters to begin new discussions that will bridge gaps of knowledge and improved access to counter ageism and to enhance well-being.
