This CE Opportunity is designed for social workers, therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to learn the skills to identify and treat those who are at increases risk of suicide and, and how to effectively intervene to prevent or manage suicidality.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this CE Opportunity participants should be able to:
1)Understand the epidemiology of suicide
2)Discuss and identify the Warning Signs of imminent suicide
3)Learn the risk and protective factor associated with suicidal behavior
4) Learn how to best support those in crisis
5)Participants will learn about safety planning and effective suicide prevention plan
