The South Louisiana Community Health Summit is the event to learn and apply knowledge with other healthcare professionals. This half-day Summit will focus on how where you live, work and play matters (social determinants of health). The overall goal of the Summit is to apply learned knowledge about social determinants of health and health to your practice.
