This workshop will cover potential ethical issues with therapist self-disclosure, focusing on ethical problems with multiple roles and poor professional boundaries. It will also address positive and ethical use of self-disclosure in therapy. The workshop will address the NASW Code of Ethics rules around ethical responsibilities as professionals, towards clients and in practice settings as well as the ACA Code of Ethics.
