This education will provide insight into how Identify factors of employment that led to better health; Identify deleterious effects of unemployment. Use the Quadrant tool to assess the needs of persons served related to intensity of mental health and employment supports. Identifying local and state resources to assist persons with behavioral health conditions to access employment. The desired changes that this education help learners accomplish are Providers will evaluate the importance of employment in the lives of those they serve and will seek resources and collaborative relationships with relevant entities. People with behavioral health conditions are unemployed in large numbers, leading to pool health outcomes. Behavioral health providers have not been trained to understand that employment is a social determinant of health.
