Gestalt Group Therapy: A Relational Approach to Healing, Integration and Change

In this experiential institute we will explore a relational approach that uses the group process to promote self-activation, intimate connection, and the integration of opposites or polarities that exist within each of us. Teaching of key concepts in Gestalt Group therapy will flow from our experiences together,

Join us for this institute where we will offer tools to increase your competence and confidence in helping your clients move towards:  

• A greater capacity for forming and sustaining intimate relationships 
  
• Increased self-awareness and personal integration
  
• Increased empowerment, effectiveness and authenticity
  

This workshop will present the tools and concepts Gestalt Group Therapists employ to help clients move toward these goals.  You will also have an opportunity to participate in a group process that will allow you to experience Gestalt Group Therapy in action.
