In this workshop, we will harness the power of the body to bring comfort to the mind.
Included in this class is a 1-hour experiential yoga class specifically designed for easing our anxiety. Additionally, we will explore the mind-body connection, learn the body's role in managing anxiety, and practice body-based techniques for soothing our minds. Grab your mat (or you can borrow a studio mat), a bottle of water, and your comfiest yoga pants as we cozy up and learn to relax.
