Secrets: The Silent Killer

This workshop explores the silent and often hidden impact of secret-keeping, which is all too common for clients experiencing stigmatized issues such as substance use disorders. Secrets can lead to isolation and rupture relationships. The workshop will offer an experiential component that allows participants to practice vulnerability safely and realize the value of true connections.
