Assessment of Integrated Physical and Behavioral Healthcare Utilizing the Comprehensive Healthcare Integration (CHI) Framework

This workshop will provide an overview of the new Comprehensive Healthcare Integration (CHI) Framework adopted nationally to help organizations decide where along the integration continuum they are currently and where (and how) to progress to higher levels of effective integrated care. The CHI Framework utilizes 8 Evidence Based Domains and 3 Constructs in this process, which will be described in detail so the audience has an understanding of this unique tool that uses the rich evidence base that has been built up around integrated care over the past 2 decades to design and implement integrated care.
