Addiction & the Elderly IV is the 4th annual symposium designed to share information to regional mental health professionals. Speakers for this symposium include Mary Lamia PhD a professor for the Wright Institute at Berkeley and international best selling author, William McCown PhD speaking on ethics, Mkay Bonner PhD and Mark Johnson EdD speaking on latest scams affecting the elderly, Lawrence Dilks PhD and neuropsychologist delineating information on neurocognitive decline among the elderly, Tommy Estis PhD and LPC in conjunction with Cesar Gonzales MD discussing diagnosis and treatment of the elderly experiencing substance abuse and Diane Privitor Davis APRN FNPC covering post Covid neuropsychiatric symptoms and the aging brain.
