The ACA code of ethics calls counselors to grow in their knowledge, skills, and awareness of multicultural issues. Addressing countertransference issues for helping professionals and encouraging their growth in multicultural issues reduces client harm, will raise clinicians’ awareness of possible injuries, and empower clinicians to provide more efficient care.

A recital of classical music, lecture, group experience, and group discussion of diversity, equity, and inclusion through the eyes of mental health providers. Please join us to celebrate the impact of empathy, articulating emotions, and building bridges of connection across cultural differences.
