Brainspotting is currently one of the fastest growing brain-body therapies in the world. In this presentation you learn the fundamentals of Brainspotting, conceptualize trauma and treatment goals from a brain-body framework, and observe a live demonstration of Brainspotting techniques.
Learning objectives of this training:
1. Understand trauma from a neurophysiological perspective.
2. Learn the basics of Brainspotting and its use of relevant eye positions.
3. Understand the treatment goals of Brainspotting.
